Great stuff. No cloves or cinnamon. I use it for making Corned Beef, fermented half sour pickles and pickled eggs. I used to make my own pickling spice from a very old Philadelphia recipe book but this is very close to what I made and in the long run, cheaper to acquire. Impressed.
