Marshall's is the only consistent source that I have found for whole smoked black peppercorns.  If you've not ever tried them, you're in for a REAL taste experience.  Ground fresh on any meat, poultry, fish and vegetables heightens a good flavor to the level of over-the-top.  Like any smoked ingredient, they can lose their intensity if you don't keep them as airtight as possible.

I love doing  lot of cooking, and when it comes to adding flavor and reducing salt in your diet, what better way than with spices? I use a lot of spices, and I have found that with all my cooking and baking, I cannot be fumbling for 3 small containers of spices that each cost a fortune. Its so economical to just order 1 larger size and have it at your fingertips, not falling off a shelf or buried in a cabinet. And the quality is so great and flavorful. Do yourself a favor and order, then enjoy these wonderful spices.
