I really didn't like it on grilled pork or beef. But where it shines is on chicken, especially breasts. I like to use it with kosher salt (added to taste) and olive oil (coat the breast before adding spices and for extra crisp add a small amount over the spices, carefully though or they will run off) on boneless skinless chicken breasts. I add quite a bit and every bite is flavorful, even on a thick chicken breast. Not all spices can do that, even other ones here that I love. It's mild, not too spicy or hot, just right. If you like the BBQ seasoning you'll like this and vise-versa.
