11 ounce refill pouch of No Salt Seasoned Meat Tenderizer
Ingredients: paprika, garlic, black pepper, parsley, chili pepper, pa-pain. Sprinkle the powder over the meat, rub in and pierce the meat with a fork several times. Let sit at least 15 min, up to 30 minutes for tougher cuts. Heat activates the enzyme and begins to break down the proteins when cooking. So if you're looking for a quick sear, adding this to a marinade is a good idea. You can add this to any marinade, but be careful not to marinate for too long as it can cause the meat to turn mushy.
