The first time we used it on a grilled pork chop (any cut of pork is nice with it) we both thought it was the best pork chop we had ever eaten. Even better than any of the other spices here that we may love on chicken or in other dishes. Be sure to generously coat your pork chop with olive oil and kosher (or sea, etc.) salt to taste on each side before generously (more than you think you need) coating it with Sazon. It's mild, not too spicy or hot, but not bland. It's got a flavor like BBQ (but I prefer this one to the BBQ flavor) without smoke.
