This seasoning is fab! The ingredients taste very fresh and are top quality, in my opinion. I use it to make turkey sausage patties after a recent heart attack. It’s really hard to find things that are made without salt, even though I’m not on salt restriction, I just don’t like it. The only thing I had to add was sage. I was raised in the south and the sausage I grew up loving contained sage. Again, that’s my personal taste. I can’t wait to try the rest of the seasonings I recently purchased, like the no salt Ranch mix. I can’t typically have Ranch dressing because they all contain monosodium glutamate, which is a known migraine trigger. I also bought the steak rub sample packs, chicken and beef gravy boosters, veggie seasoning. These fresh spices in large containers... stay tuned because I will review the other products too and include my honest feedback.
